100 days[Day 12]
It’s Friday. I’m pretty chill today – my current tasks aren’t too critical, so I’ve officially become Chill guy.
While I’m taking it easy, the rest of the team is deep in data analysis mode.
We’ve got tons of data – from ads, Google Analytics, all the way to Microsoft Clarity. Everyone’s trying to figure out user behavior: where they come from, what they click on, how long they stay, and… why they leave?
We thought we nailed it with a solid tutorial to help users get started.
But nope – there are always those silly little problems that make you go, “Why didn’t I think of that?!”
Like this one: A user visits our catalog page and scrolls halfway down to browse products. Then they go to the request page to ask for a new product.
But… because they’re already at the bottom of the page, they don’t see the ‘Add New’ button.
So what do they do?
They leave.
And just like that, we lose a potential customer.
If we didn’t have Clarity, we might never have figured out why.
To be honest, our product is under a lot of pressure right now. We’ve got about 3 months left – if we don’t hit our sales goals, we may have to shut the whole thing down.
So yeah… every user action, every little click, matters more than ever.
