[Day 15] Real Users, Real Bugs, Real Growth

100 days

Another Monday rolls around — day 15 of this little journey.
Every day, I write these notes in Vietnamese first, then use ChatGPT to help smooth them out. Once that’s done, I translate them into English — and refine them again.

The idea is that after 100 days, I’ll have a solid bank of bilingual content to build a personal brand — and more importantly, to practice writing, expressing ideas, and improving my English.

I already have hosting and a domain — just waiting on myself to be ready.
But man… this whole “getting ready” thing takes forever.

This morning, our team had our usual weekly meeting.
The app we’re building now has a few dozen real users — from all over: Canada, India…
And the best part? They’re actually using it the way we imagined — browsing products, adding items to sell, or sending requests for products they couldn’t find.

Honestly, having real users hits different.
It’s that clear feeling of: "Okay, I’m actually solving a real problem for someone."

Once you have users, product development gets so much easier.
You can email them directly, ask questions, and really understand what they need — so you’re optimizing the right things instead of just guessing.

Tonight, I’ll be back wrestling with that Docker issue from yesterday.
That annoying bug where containers just won’t connect is still driving me nuts.
But hey, who knows — maybe tonight’s the night it finally works. Wouldn’t be the first time.

Thanks for reading this far.
