It’s evening now. This morning, I woke up early, made breakfast, and enjoyed a little slow-paced time because today is Friday.

Today, my boss had an important meeting with senior executives to report the results from the past week. Basically, we’ve launched ads for our new app, but only a few customers have downloaded it, and they haven’t made any purchases yet. This worries me a bit because we only have about 6 months and $120,000 to experiment, and startups are always full of challenges. We still don’t fully understand who our customers are or what they really need. So, for now, creating 2-3 products seems to be our best option.

In the coming weeks, we’ll have a lot to do, like launching another POD product app and offering credits to encourage users. On my end, I’ve also finished the POD product, and next, I’ll be working on building the order creation feature for POD products. Overall, these tasks should keep us busy for about three weeks.

On a personal note, I’m also trying to develop and launch my own product. I’ll definitely share more about it in future posts.
